Valentine's Poem
By my boyfriend Shane

We stare up at the sky, together admiring the shades of grey.
Holding hands, thinking of nothing but eachother.
The clouds break, the warmth of the sun shines down
And we hold eachother until the sun is no longer overhead

Walking along the coastline, wrapped in eachother's arms.
The only thing lighting our way is the moon's reflection in the water.
Forever wandering, unsure of what to expect on the road ahead,
or when our journey will end.

Along the way we stop to rest on a cliffside overlooking the abyss
The moonlight glistens off our lips and eyes, and we kiss.
You say I love you softly into my ear and smile.
I try to answer back... but I am unable to...

I then wake from my dream and realize that you're not with me.
Tears fill my eyes, sorrow pools in the pit of heart.
But, I smile to myself, knowing that one day my dream will be reality
and whisper I love you, too.

Thanks baby! I love you so much. We'll be together soon
